Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Joyce Studios (hereinafter the “Company”) and users with respect to the use of the “Where’s my car” application (hereinafter the “App”) provided by the Company.

1. Service Provision

• The App allows users to take a photo of their parked vehicle and store it within the App for later reference.
• The App provides push notifications to inform users of the elapsed parking time.
• The App requires access permissions including location permission, camera permission, and push notification permission to operate properly.
• The Company may add new features or improve existing features as needed.

2. User Obligations

• Users shall not use the App for illegal purposes or in any manner that infringes the rights of others.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
• Photos and information stored within the App are provided directly by the user, and the user is solely responsible for the content they upload or store on their device through the App.

3. Privacy Protection

• The App requests the minimum permissions necessary for its operation, including access to location information, camera functions, and push notifications.
• The App does not store, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information on Company servers.
• All photos and parking information created within the App are stored locally on the user’s device only, and the Company does not collect or access this data.

3-1. Personal Information of Children Under 13

• The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
• The App does not use account creation, server upload, remote data storage, or any features that would allow the Company to collect identifiable user information, including age.
• If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information to the Company, the Company will take reasonable steps to delete such information if it is identifiable.
• Children under 13 should not use the App or provide any personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• The Company complies with applicable child protection laws and regulations, including COPPA and relevant domestic privacy laws.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• The design, logo, source code, and all related content of the App are owned by the Company or its licensors.
• Users are granted a right to use the App; however, copying, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the App is strictly prohibited.

5. Changes and Termination of the App

• The Company may modify features of the App or discontinue the service at any time.
• The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages suffered by users due to changes or discontinuation of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
• The accuracy of location information may vary depending on device and environmental conditions, and the Company is not responsible for any inconvenience or damages arising from such variations.
• Any issues arising from incorrect or improperly captured information are the responsibility of the user.

7. App Updates and Maintenance

• The Company may provide updates to improve stability, functionality, or performance of the App.
• Some features may be changed or added through updates, and users must accept such updates to continue using the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

• The Company may modify these Terms of Service when necessary.
• If the Terms are updated, notice will be provided within the App, and continued use of the App after the notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms of Service are effective as of December 1, 2025.
